ACTUAL CASH VALUE PERSONAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

We offer Actual Cash Value Personal Property Protection to cover certain loss or damage to your property while it is in our possession. Actual Cash Value Personal Property Protection is not insurance. For example, it does not cover theft, loss or damage while the Container is located at your address. Actual Cash Value Personal Property Protection provides for recovery for lost or damaged items based on the actual cash value of the items at the time of loss or damage, up to the total dollar amount of the Declared Value. In no event does it provide for recovery greater than $5,000 per Container or, if more than four Containers, $20,000 in the aggregate.

Trailer

Liability limitation for loss or damage is $0.10 per lbs.

Additional coverage may be purchased based on the following schedule.

$1.00/lb up to a maximum of $10,000 for an additional charge of $ 50.00
$1.50/lb up to a maximum of $15,000 for an additional charge of $ 75.00
$2.00/lb up to a maximum of $20,000 for an additional charge of $100.00
$2.50/lb up to a maximum of $25,000 for an additional charge of $125.00
